Sandton, the economic powerhouse of South Africa will receive a massive investment of R120m of AAA-grade sectional title residential, office and retail space.
Interested parties are welcome to register for the SandtonTower pre-launch list. Office and retail space and residential apartments will be available to lease and purchase.
According to Willem Tait, property entrepreneur and developer: "We are expecting that the project will provide commercial and residential investors, owner/occupiers and tenants an affordable ownership and lease option in Sandton. I would however suggest that all parties register for the pre-launch"
